Camp Menorah 2025

CAMP MENORAH REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in Camp Menorah 2025.

Registering for Camp Menorah with this form secures your child's spot in our program.

  • All participating families will be required to submit medical paperwork, releases, and waivers before your registration is considered complete.
  • Families registering for a complete two-week session will receive a discount.
  • Families looking to enroll in our three-day option will be granted these spots as they are available. Priority will be given to families enrolling in our full week option.
  • Extended day care is available from 8:00-9:00 am and from 3:00-6:00 pm. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Should your summer plans change, a full refund of tuition (minus non-refundable registration fee) is available up until June 16 (for session 1) or June 30 (for sessions 2-4). If space allows, we will be able to transfer enrollment to different sessions or weeks.

 

Camper Information

Note: If you change your grade selection you will need to reload the form.
The email provided will be used for all camp communication regarding registration as well as camp updates.

I understand that a fee of $30 per camper per week will be added to my total as a security fee.

Families enrolling in Camp Menorah are assessed a nonrefundable initial Registration and Materials fee for each camper to hold their spot in our program and allow us to purchase necessary supplies, which include both program materials (art, sports, etc).

Session 1 Enrollment - June 23-27 and June 30-July 3

No camp on July 4th!

You may sign up for both weeks for a discount, or choose one week.


Non-Member Fee: $40

If you are not enrolling a camper in this session, please select NOT ENROLLING as opposed to your synagogue.

Note that CITs in 11th-12th grades are eligible to volunteer free of charge.



AM Care is available from 8:00 am and PM care from 3:15-6:00 pm. Spots are limited throughout the summer. To hold your spot, we recommend that you register in advance; we are unable to hold spots for week-by-week registration. Please also note that late pick-ups (after 3:15 pm for those not registered for Extended Day and after 6:00 pm for those registered for Extended Day) will be assessed a late fee of $20 per camper for any portion of an hour that the camper remains at camp.


Session 2 Enrollment - July 7-11 and July 14-18

You may sign up for both weeks for a discount, or choose one week.

POLICIES


WAIT LIST
Spaces are limited. You will be notified if your camper is placed on a wait list.

Cancelation Policy
Refunds (less a $50 non-refundable deposit) are possible until June 10.


Payment Policy
A payment plan is available for families to help spread out the cost of camp. To secure current rates, all camp fees must be paid on or before June 20 (later enrollments are subject to availability and may be subject to higher rates). Payments can be made by credit card or ACH. Changes, additions, and open balances during camp will be charged to your CC/ACH prior to receiving services.


Sibling discount
Sibling discount of 3% applied at time of initial registration to additional sibling's registration of equal or lesser value. Please email Rabbi Rebeccah for the sibling code. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
