CAMP MENORAH REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in Camp Menorah 2021.

Registering for Camp Menorah with this form secures your child(ren)'s spot in our program, which we expect to be limited in accordance with anticipated guidelines. Registering with this form also confirms your agreement with the following policies:

  • All participating families will be required to submit medical paperwork, releases, and waivers before your registration is considered complete.
  • All participating families will be required to follow health and safety protocols, including (but not limited to) health screenings at drop-off and providing masks and sunscreen for campers.
  • Enrollment is subject to availability. In order to comply with public health guidelines, our groups will remain static throughout the summer. If your camper(s)' group(s) fill up during a week for which you have not pre-registered, we will be unable to accommodate your camper(s).
  • Families looking to enroll in our MWF three-day option will be granted these spots as they are available. Priority will be given to families enrolling in our full week option.
  • Extended day care is available from 8:00-9:00 am and from 3:00-6:00 pm on a limited basis since campers enrolled in this part of our program will be grouped together during the camp day. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We are unable to accommodate mid-session enrollment or drop-in participation in this program.
  • In the event that we have to close during the summer due to health concerns, either within our camp community or because of guidance from local, state, or federal authorities, we will be unable to refund tuition for the remainder of any given week. Should we be required to close for additional weeks, 50% of prepaid tuition for those weeks will be refunded.

 

Camper Information


Please fill out this form separately for each camper you enroll.

Families enrolling in Camp Menorah are assessed a nonrefundable initial Registration and Materials fee for each camper to hold their spot in our program and allow us to purchase necessary supplies, which include both program materials (art, sports, etc) and sanitation supplies. There is an additional per-week Materials Fee to allow us to stock our camp appropriately throughout our season. Should our camp not be allowed to open or should you decide to cancel your registration, this fee is not refundable but can be billed as a tax-deductible donation.
If you are enrolling for the first time registering for Summer 2021, please select "Initial Registration and Materials Fee." If you have already enrolled in Summer 2021 and you are adding more sessions, please select "Re-Enrolling."

 

Session 1 Enrollment - June 21-25 and June 28-July2


Our 3rd-7th grade groups are full for Session 1. You may still enroll a camper entering K-2nd grade or a CIT (8th-12th grade).

Extended care is also full for Session 1.

Session 2 Enrollment - July 6-9 and July 12-16


No Camp on July 5th!

AM Care is available from 8:00 am and PM care from 3:15-6:00 pm. This summer, we are unable to offer per-day registration or drop-in care. Spots are limited throughout the summer. To hold your spot, we recommend that you register in advance; we are unable to hold spots for week-by-week registration. Please also note that late pick-ups (after 3:15 pm for those not registered for Extended Day and after 6:00 pm for those registered for Extended Day) will be assessed a late fee of $20 per camper for any portion of an hour that the camper remains at camp.

 

Session 3 Enrollment - July 19-23 and July 26-30

To hold your spot, we recommend that you register in advance; we are unable to hold spots for week-by-week registration. Session 4 Enrollment - August 2-6 and August 9-13

Spaces are limited. You will be notified if your camper is placed on a wait list. 

Cancellation Policy
Refunds (less a $50 non-refundable deposit) are possible until .June 14.

Payment Policy
A payment plan is available for families to help spread out the cost of camp. To secure current rates, all camp fees must be paid on or before June 14 (later enrollments are subject to availability and may be subject to higher rates). Payments can be made by credit card or ACH.  Changes, additions, and open balances during camp will be charged to your CC/ACH prior to receiving services. 

Sibling discount
Sibling discount of 3% applied at time of initial registration to additional sibling's registration of equal or lesser value. Must sign up for two or more weeks to qualify. Cannot be applied to additional registration received after June 14.
