23-24 Tuvia Hot Lunch Registration & Challah

Instructions: Fill out the form below to register for Hot Lunch or purchase challah for pickup. The form can be filled out multiple times. Please remember that Hot Lunch registration does not roll over automatically from month to month unless you register for the whole year. Each day is $7 if you pre-register. You may drop in on the same day for a fee of $10. If you need to pay for a drop-in hot lunch, please follow the link HERE.
